Business Inside Sales Representative

St. Louis, MO ~ Full-time

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling AT&T’s small business solutions portfolio including AT&T Internet and AT&T Phone. In addition, you will work with our Technical Sales Consultants to qualify and generate leads for other telecommunication services including AT&T Dedicated Internet.

The ideal candidate will be able hunt for new AT&T sales opportunities through cold outreach via phone. This position is an entry level sales role.

Roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
  • Generating new sales revenue by selling AT&T small business solutions
  • Individual prospecting via phone, identifying opportunities and converting to sales, and generating leads for the Technical Sales Consultants
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets for wireline services
  • Effectively manage the sale from first date of contact through implementation of services
  • Responds to post-sale support issues to ensure customer satisfaction
What it takes:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Understanding of MS Office and client management tools
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Receptive to daily coaching and feedback
  • Eagerness to learn and implement effective selling practices
  • Must be outgoing, persistent, and willing to work as a team to succeed
