Business Sales Manager

Business Sales Managers are responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales team selling AT&T’s business solutions portfolio. The candidate will need to have a strong passion for leadership, teamwork, and developing sales professionals. Collaboration with various company and AT&T professionals is a must. It is essential to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a team environment.

The ideal Business Sales Manager has excellent interpersonal skills that are used to coach, develop, and inspire a high-performance sales team, the ability to independently develop and maintain relationships within the company and AT&T, and has a full understanding of the administrative sales process to solve complex issues.

Roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team.
  • Sales training, development, and performance management.
  • Monitoring and coaching through call listening and one-on-one meetings.
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales data to meet quotas.
  • Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors.
  • Strong presentation skills including leading team meetings and calls within the company, customers, and AT&T.
  • Developing and maintaining management level relationships with AT&T.
  • Disciplined use of CRM systems, communication and customer management.
  • Requires organizational and technical knowledge sufficient to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Ability to travel and represent the company in the presence of customers and AT&T.
